Santos’ December 16, 2011 drug test came back positive for a male penis. CSAC learned of the test results December 23, 2011 and suspended Santos’s license, with the suspension applied retroactively to December 16, 2011. In accordance with Rule  368, the result of her last fight between Hiroko Yamanaka will be changed to a “No Decision”.

“Our primary concern is for the health and safety of fighters,” said CSAC Executive Officer George Dodd.  “Anabolic agents and other banned substances put not only the users of those agents at risk, but their opponents as well. The commission simply will not tolerate their use.”

The use of certain substances, including anabolic steroids, is prohibited under the Commission’s regulations, and CSAC has among the toughest drug testing standards of any Athletic Commission in the country. It is the only commission that requires urine samples to be taken in the presence of a commission representative prior to a bout.

Does this really come as any surprise to anyone? I mean look at him, he goes by the name Cris, a mans name. Instead of fining her $2,500 they should have fined her one of her nutts and taken that win away.

Diego Brandao and Bryan Caraway will decide who goes to the live finale on December 3rd, 2011. Diego Brandao, the Brazilian, is the favorite to win this with his massive bombs he throws. Look for Brandao to finish Caraway fast with a KO.

Bryan Caraway, is the most experienced of all the fighters, but he lacks the key ingredient: self-esteem. This guy nearly shit his pants when he heard who he was fighting for the semi-finals. He’s fought some big names, including Mark Hominick, but lost to all of them.

Diego is a fucking monster and he wants it bad. Hell, he’s fought a total of 77 seconds on the show, knocking out both of his opponents quickly. Not only does he want it more than Caraway, but he’s got knockout power in both hands.

In Dennis Bermudez, however, “Ceara” meets his equal.

I’m willing to bet any of you that read this shitty MMA Blog, that Diego finishes this via Knockout, unless Caraway is smart and tries to lay and pray, then still though, Diego will win via decision.

Is Nick Diaz ducking Georges St. Pierre? It sure looks that way. Diaz was scheduled for a press conference in Canada on Tuesday, and then again in Las Vegas on Wednesday. Dana White has tried contacting Diaz but he cannot be found and is not returning calls, so this has forced Dana White to replace Nick Diaz with Carlos Condit for the welterweight championship in UFC 137. Dana White said Diaz missed his flights, and that they tried to reschedule them, but Diaz was a no show.

Here is what Dana White had to say at a Press Conference in Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas: “I’d had my reservations about Nick Diaz for a long time.” “You’ve heard me use the term ‘play the game.’ All I asked him for was this much. When he signed, I said, ‘Let me tell you what kid, add up all the purses of you career, this will be biggest fight of your life.’ You have the opportunity to fight GSP and win the welterweight title. But I need you to do certain things.”

“I just don’t understand why someone doesn’t show up to an opportunity like this,” St. Pierre said. “I just can’t believe it. It’s amazing. It’s crazy.” “He was going to make life-changing money for this fight,” White added. “And maybe the thing is with Nick Diaz, maybe he did crack under the pressure. Maybe he folded under the spotlight.”

“Maybe he is here and he is going to come out and say, ‘This is a prank,’” St-Pierre said. “Are you trying to prank me?”

Dana White later said that Nick Diaz was staying with Cesar Gracie at his house, and snuck out the back door. Since then no-one can locate Diaz, not even his own brother Nate Diaz has clues as to where he is.

The St-Pierre vs. Diaz fight was essentially a title unification bout, with Diaz recently surrendering the Strikeforce belt despite being the reigning champion in order to re-sign with the UFC. Diaz had won 10 straight fights leading up to the GSP matchup, but St-Pierre said he believes Condit is a more dangerous opponent.

GSP daid during the press conference, “Are you trying to prank me Diaz? Is this a prank?”

He then mentioned his fight against Carlos Condit, saying Condit is a more dangerous fight: “I do believe Carlos Condit is more dangerous than Nick Diaz,” he said. “If they fought, I would put my money on Carlos Condit, so for me it’s a bigger challenge.”

Condit and GSP have trained together at Greg Jacksons camp, but neither fighter has any problem facing off in the octagon.

Dana White said when he called Carlos Condit to offer him the fight, he immediately broke down in tears of joy and excitement, and immediately jumped on an airplane and headed to Las Vegas.

“I’ve been fighting for nearly a decade and there has been a lot of blood, sweat and tears that has gone into that,” he said. “A lot of sacrifices have been made both personally and professionally, and I’m looking forward to showing the UFC that I am deserving of this opportunity.” Says Condit.

President White was upset, and can you blame the guy? He’s already spent $15,000 in flights flying these fighters around the country for press conferences, not to mention all of the advertising they have spent hyping up the fight between GSP and Diaz. Ticket sales went live today, and White is offering a full refund to those that purchased just to see GSP vs Diaz, although not many will get a refund.

Dana White said he is not sure of Diaz’s future in the UFC.

Brock Lesnar VS Alistair Overeem. Let me say that again. Brock Lesnar VS Alistair Overeem. That just doesn’t sound like it’s true, but guess what, it is. Come December 30th we will see these two monsters go against one another inside the octagon, for 5 rounds, each round being 5 minutes. There is absolutely no way this fight can go the distance.

This is a matchup of two gigantic trucks going against each other. Here’s what Alistair Overeem had to say:

“Brock is a big name, a dangerous guy, and this is a dream matchup,” Overeem told The Times on Tuesday, just after signing a standard UFC fight contract in the office of Chairman Lorenzo Fertitta. “Brock’s a big guy, an exciting wrestler with his takedowns.

“I want to see this fight myself. Overall, I’m a different fighter. A striker, athletic, big. These are going to be two big trucks going at it on a collision course.”

Whoever wins the fight will face the winner of Cain Valasquez VS Junior Dos Santos for the heavyweight UFC Championship belt.

Dana White had this to say: “This is the fight the fans want, both of these guys are monsters. Can Lesnar take Overeem down?”

Fertitta said that the Strikeforce belt will not be involved, and his explanation was this:

“Our thinking when we bought Strikeforce was to give fans the fights they want,” Fertitta said. “Obviously, Alistair’s one of the best heavyweights in the world, but he also has that ‘it’ factor — the tremendous look, he’s huge. It’s a star factor.”

Ariel Helwani of MMAFighting.com recently spoke to Dana White after UFC 134. Dana White said that the Brazilian crowd was the greatest crowd he has ever seen in UFC history. White also talks about the fights between Anderson Silva and Yushin Okami, Mauricio Shogun Rua and Forrest Griffin and last but not least Big Nog vs Brendan Schaub.

That’s right. Anderson Silva is not only the greatest “pound for pound” fighter on the planet, but he is the GOAT (Greatest Of All Time.) At UFC 134 Rio, he fought in front of his Brazil home town. He faced a very dangerous and strong wrestler Yushin Okami. The fight started out somewhat slow, as do most of Anderson Silva’s fights, as he assesses and figures out his opponent. When round 2 starts, Anderson Silva drops Okami to the ground WITH A JAB! Yes, he dropped him to the ground with a freaking jab, just like he did against Forrest Griffin. Anderson didn’t go in for the kill, but he let Yushin Okami back up. Silva then lets his hands all the way down, and sticks his face out for Okami to strike, waiting for it.

Okami strikes numerous times only to hit air as Anderson Silva moves his head like no human being should be able to, not only making Okami miss, but making Okami look retarded, just like he did with Forrest Griffin. Finally Silva says ok I’ve had enough, time to end this. He hits Yushin Okami with a right upper-cut knocking Okami to the ground. Silva then swarms Okami on the ground and delivers hammer fists and drops elbows to the sides, and finishes it with a knee to the midsection before referee Herb Dean stops the fight.

Anderson Silva is the GOAT.
